Matrix and Drabble

Just finished watching Matrix: Reloaded. All I can say is I'm glad I don't have to wait long to see the last one. Okay, so I have to wait till Tuesday, but that's only 3 1/2 days. I want to see the last one now! (I probably should watch this one again when I'm not quite so ... drunk. Okay, not drunk but very pleasantly buzzed. Half a bottle of wine will do that. I've also decided that Canada needs to start selling half bottles of wine.)

Now, for the drabble. James/Sirius, for those who are inclined. Those who aren't? Well, I should have a James/Lily one tomorrow for you. Not my best, but it's something. Written for the SiriusXJames December 1 Challenge

When Sirius finally stopped tearing up his side of the room and moved onto the rest, James decided it was time to interfere. “Lose something?” he asked mildly.

“What do you think?”

“What’d you lose?”

“Can’t tell you,” came Sirius’ muffled answer from under the bed.

“You lost my present,” James accused.

“I didn’t. It’s here somewhere.”

“Is it wrapped? Red paper, gold ribbon?”

“Prongs–” Sirius stopped looking, and glared at him.

James pulled a box out from under his pillow. “This it?”

“Forget about the present and come here,” James ordered, grinning. Sirius happily obliged.
